• Bets are final once confirmed by the 28win system. No cancellations are permitted after a bet has been accepted, except in cases of a technical error acknowledged by 28win
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment the bet is accepted. Odds displayed at the time of review may differ from those in effect when the bet is processed
• In the event of a match cancellation, a suspension of more than 12 hours, or a match not completed as scheduled, 28win reserves the right to issue a full refund of the wager amount or to settle the bet based on the applicable sports rules.
• 28win reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any account at any time.
• In-play betting is subject to additional time restrictions, and 28win's decision is final in any dispute relating to the time a bet was accepted

28win reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Confirmed breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or dishonest activity while an investigation is in progress
• Requests from lawful authorities
• Failure to provide identity verification documents upon request within the stipulated timeframe
